STEM storage plans and pricing

Start with a free STEM account for selected text memories. The current paid offers increase storage; Grove, Canopy and Old Growth also include files, photos, audio and video in one combined allowance. A storage plan does not provide an AI model subscription or make an unsupported host compatible.

Purchasing availability. Web checkout is currently unavailable. The new offers below are not yet available to purchase in the app stores. You can still sign in; existing purchases keep their original terms.

Current new offers

KB, MB and GB are decimal units: 1 KB = 1,000 bytes. These are base allowances for new offers, before earned rewards. Existing accounts and purchases retain their previously promised allowances, including larger historical limits. Your signed-in account shows your actual allowance.

Memory export is included on every plan. Third-party AI subscriptions are separate. Prices are USD per month; applicable taxes may be added. Web checkout is currently unavailable, and these new offers are not yet available to purchase in the app stores. Existing purchases retain their original terms.

Existing accounts and historical purchases

The comparison is not a replacement for your account's allowance. Previously promised larger limits are protected, including historical products with capacities different from this table. Do not infer a downgrade from a marketing page. Check your signed-in storage view and purchase terms, or contact support if the displayed allowance looks wrong.

What storage includes

Free and Sprout store text memories. Eligible Grove, Canopy and Old Growth accounts share their allowance across text memories and uploaded files, photos, audio and video. Files are private by default. Uploading a file does not send it to another assistant; explicit expiring sharing links are separate from memory-tool access. Read the file-sharing boundaries.

What happens when storage is full?

New saves can be blocked while existing memories remain available to recall and export. Review the actual signed-in usage. Removing a memory is an explicit, destructive choice; do not delete notes automatically to make a failed write succeed. See limits and recovery.

Export and billing

Memory export remains included on every plan. The web exports JSON; compatible iOS builds can share Markdown. See formats and limits. A memory export is separate from downloading uploaded media.

Prices shown are monthly USD amounts, before applicable taxes. Third-party AI subscriptions are separate. When a purchase is available, its receipt and provider terms govern renewal, cancellation and refunds. See the refund policy; account deletion and subscription cancellation are distinct actions.
