These Terms govern your use of awase.dev, the Awase apps, and our products — including our apps Core, Nebula, Stem, and Flux (on the web and on iOS), and our business agents Air, Sol, Flo, and Geo — all owned and operated by Awase LLC (each a "Service" and together the "Services"). By creating an account, signing up, or using any Service — including through any app you download from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other app store or platform — you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services for business purposes. Where a Service permits younger users, you must be at least 13, and if you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live) you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Awase offers a suite of AI products for communication, content, and business operations. Core is an AI assistant and agent powered by leading models. Nebula is an AI agent that plans and carries out multi-step tasks, with a voice mode. Stem is a cross-AI memory that captures and recalls what matters across the AI tools you use, connecting to assistants like Claude and ChatGPT through MCP connectors you authorize. Flux is a cinematic ad studio, on the web and iOS, that turns your product photos and brand into finished ad images, videos, voiceover, and copy, researches winning ads, and can publish campaigns to Meta on your instruction. Air builds your website and wires every lead into your CRM; Sol is an AI chat agent across web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and email; Flo is an AI voice receptionist that answers calls and books appointments; Geo runs your marketing on autopilot. Some features consume credits or storage, and new accounts may receive a small amount of free usage to try a Service. Features vary by product and plan and may change over time.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you use a Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
Paid plans may include a free trial. If you start a trial, you provide a payment method and the plan auto-renews at the stated price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. In-app purchases: subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Web purchases: storage plans and subscriptions purchased on the web are sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles your payment, taxes, and billing support for those purchases; web subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Agency services: billing for Air, Sol, Flo, and Geo agency services is processed through Authorize.Net and PaymentCloud. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Some Services, including Flux, use consumable credits to meter generation and other features. You can purchase credits through Apple in-app purchase (in the iOS app or on the web where offered) or as otherwise made available in a Service. Credits are consumed when you run a generation or other credited action, and credits are non-refundable once spent. Unused credits may be refundable only where required by law or by the policies of the store through which you bought them; see our Refund policy. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or be adjusted if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
When you create an account, sign up, or accept these Terms — in any Awase app or product, including apps distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store — you agree that Awase may contact you using the email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide, and you consent to receive communications from us. These include service and account messages and marketing and promotional communications about Awase products, features, and offers, sent by email, by text/SMS message, and by phone call, including where permitted by automated or prerecorded means. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Service. You can opt out of marketing at any time — reply STOP to a marketing text, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or email support@awase.dev — and we will stop sending marketing messages, though we may still send you the service and account messages needed to operate your account. You confirm that the contact details you provide are yours or that you are authorized to provide them, and you agree to keep them accurate and current.
Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the content you create with the Services, including commercially where your plan grants commercial rights. You retain ownership of the photos, logos, and other materials you upload, and you grant Awase a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the Services for you — including sending them to the AI providers that generate your requested output. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit and must not submit anything that is illegal or infringing, or that impersonates or clones a real person's voice or likeness without their rights and consent. You represent that you own or have the rights to the trademarks, product images, and other materials you use in ads you create. Where a Service generates media such as audio or video, it may include an inaudible or embedded provenance watermark (for example, Google's SynthID) identifying it as AI-generated, which we do not remove.
Flux's face features let you place a real person's face into generated ads. You may upload or use a face only if it is your own or you have that person's explicit permission, and you must confirm this via the consent checkbox before using these features. Faces you save are stored in your account for reuse, and you can delete them at any time. You are solely responsible for having the rights and consents needed for any likeness you use, and for complying with applicable likeness, publicity, and biometric-privacy laws. Do not use these features to create deceptive depictions of real people or content that violates our Acceptable use section.
If you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, Flux can create ad campaigns in your Meta ad account on your instruction. Campaigns are created in a PAUSED state — nothing runs or spends money until you activate it. When you publish, Meta receives your ad creative and campaign settings, and your ads and ad account remain governed by Meta's terms and advertising policies, including its AI-disclosure requirements; we apply AI-generated-content disclosures to Flux media where Meta requires them. You are responsible for the campaigns you activate, including budgets, spend, targeting choices, and compliance of your ads with Meta's policies and applicable advertising law. Awase is not responsible for Meta's review decisions, ad delivery, performance, or any ad spend billed to you by Meta. Flux's research features surface publicly available ads (such as those in the public Meta Ad Library) for inspiration and analysis; do not copy another advertiser's protected creative.
Media you upload or generate with Flux is stored in your per-account media library, and memories you save in Stem are stored in isolated, per-user storage; each is yours to manage. You can delete individual items — including saved faces — at any time, export your Stem memories to Markdown, and delete everything by deleting your account. We retain your content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your content and account data, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction and tax records).
Air, Sol, Flo, and related Services can place and receive calls, texts, and other messages on your behalf to your customers and contacts, including by automated means, and calls may be recorded or transcribed where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features complies with applicable laws — including consent, telemarketing, and call-recording laws — in the places where you and your contacts are located, and for obtaining any consent those laws require.
Do not misuse the Services, attempt to bypass credit or usage limits, or use them to create or send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing material. In Flux, do not create ads that are false or misleading, that use a person's face, voice, or likeness without the rights and consents these Terms require, or that violate the advertising policies of any platform you publish to.
AI output can be unexpected or imperfect and should not be relied on as professional advice. Generated ads, copy, and research insights are starting points — review them before you publish, and verify any claims your ads make about your products. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awase's liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including ad spend, lost profits, or platform enforcement actions arising from campaigns you run.
