By using awase.dev and our products (including Sol), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
Sol generates music from your prompts using AI. Generation consumes credits. New accounts receive a small number of free credits to try the service.
Paid plans (e.g., Starter at $19/month) may include a free trial. If you start a trial, you provide a payment method and the plan auto-renews at the stated price when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the songs you generate, including commercially where your plan grants commercial rights. Generated audio contains Google’s SynthID provenance watermark. You are responsible for your prompts and must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that impersonates or clones a real person’s voice or likeness without their rights and consent.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, or use it to create unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
AI output can be unexpected or imperfect. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awase’s liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
