Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want this to be simple and fair. This policy applies to Air Ai subscriptions (Airspace, Air Ai Pro, and Air Ai Max) and other Awase Services purchased on awase.dev.

The fastest way to resolve any billing question is to email us first at [email protected] — we respond within 1–2 business days and are happy to help before you ever contact your card provider.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You are never locked into a contract.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and access to your AI voice agent is granted immediately. Because access begins right away, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. You are not locked into a contract — you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges, and your access continues until your next billing date.

Free trials

Some plans include a free trial. If you start a trial, you provide a payment method and the plan auto-renews at the stated price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

If you believe you were charged in error or have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. We review and resolve billing issues quickly — reaching out to us is faster than a card dispute, and we are glad to help.
