This Privacy Policy explains how Awase LLC ("Awase", "we") collects and uses information when you use awase.dev and our products — including our apps Core, Nebula, Stem, and Flux (on the web and on iOS), and our business agents Air, Sol, Flo, and Geo. All Awase apps and products are owned and operated by Awase LLC.
Account details from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In (your name, email address, and — for Google — profile image); a phone number where you provide one; your date of birth (to confirm you meet our minimum age); content you create and upload (such as prompts, chats, the memories, notes, and ideas you save in Stem, and the product photos, logos, brand assets, reference images, and ads or media you upload to or generate with Flux); usage and device data; and billing information processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Flux is a cinematic ad studio, available on the web and on iOS, that turns your product photos, logos, and brand details into finished ad images, videos, voiceover, and copy. When you use Flux, we collect and process:
When you use Stem, we store the memories, notes, and ideas you choose to save (your "brain"), the AI sources you connect, and the typed links between memories, so we can recall them for you across your connected AIs. Stem connects to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others through MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors that you authorize via OAuth; a connected AI can read and write only your own memories, under the access you grant, and you can revoke a connection at any time. Each user's memory data is kept in isolated, per-user storage on our infrastructure (Cloudflare) — your memories are never commingled with another user's — and is never used to train models and never shared for advertising. You can export all of your memories to Markdown at any time, and delete your account and all memories in the app (Settings → Delete account), which also revokes Sign in with Apple access. We retain memory data while your account is active.
When you use Core (our AI assistant) or Nebula (our AI agent, including its voice mode), we process your prompts, conversations, and any files you provide in order to generate responses and carry out the tasks you ask for, and we store your conversation history so you can return to it. Voice interactions are processed to understand and respond to you. Your conversations are used to provide the Service, not for advertising.
To provide and operate the Services (account, credits and storage, AI responses, generation, media libraries, memory, and publishing), process payments and trials, provide support, prevent abuse, improve our products, and send you the service and account messages — and the marketing communications you have consented to — described below.
When you create an account or sign up in any Awase app or product (including apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play), you consent to receive communications from us at the email address and phone number you provide, including marketing and promotional messages by email, by text/SMS, and by phone call, as described in our Terms of Service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing at any time — reply STOP to a marketing text, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or email support@awase.dev — and we will stop marketing messages, though we may still send service and account messages needed to run your account. Consent to marketing is not a condition of using a Service.
We share data only as needed with processors and partners that run our Services, each of which processes data on our behalf or as an independent service you choose to use:
Some Services generate media such as images, audio, or video. Where a model adds an inaudible or embedded provenance watermark (for example, Google's SynthID) identifying content as AI-generated, we do not remove it. Ads created with Flux and published to Meta are disclosed as AI-generated where Meta's policies require it.
Content you create is stored so you can view, download, and manage it — including your Flux media library, saved faces, Stem memories, and conversation history. You can delete your content, individual media items, and saved faces at any time. We retain account data while your account is active. When you delete your account (in-app Delete account, or by contacting us), we delete your account data and content, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction and tax records), which we retain only as long as the law requires.
You may access, download, or delete your content; delete saved faces and media library items in Flux; export your Stem memories to Markdown; disconnect your Meta account or any Stem MCP connection; opt out of marketing communications (see above); and delete your account using in-app account deletion or by contacting us. You can revoke Sign in with Apple or Google access in your Apple or Google account settings.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact support@awase.dev and we will delete it. Users aged 13–17 should use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent.
