What does a storage plan include?
Each listed plan provides the stated storage capacity for your Stem account, including saved memories and their links. The monthly fee is for Stem memory software and storage. It does not include a subscription to another AI assistant, advertising services, or campaign management.
Can I purchase a plan today?
Web checkout is currently unavailable. The plans above show the monthly USD prices and capacities. You can open Stem and sign in to your account while web purchasing is unavailable.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
When web checkout is available, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Sign in to Stem and use Settings → Manage billing to cancel future renewals. Your receipt and billing portal show the effective date. App-store subscriptions are managed through the store where you purchased them.
How do I request a refund?
For a Paddle web purchase, use the support link on your Paddle receipt or email [email protected] with your checkout email and transaction number. Paddle handles eligible refunds to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details and statutory rights. Do not send card numbers or bank details.
Who can access my saved context?
You choose which compatible tools to connect to your Stem account. Authorized connections can access your memories within the permissions you grant. See the Privacy Policy for storage, retention, and connected-tool details.
Can I export or delete my memories?
Stem supports memory export to Markdown and account deletion in Settings. Review the account-deletion instructions and any separate subscription cancellation steps before proceeding. You can also contact support for help.

Stem is developed and operated by Awase LLC. This storefront offers Stem memory storage. Our broader Terms and Privacy Policy also describe other Awase services; purchasing Stem storage does not purchase those services.
